Features

Everything Society e-Banking does

Complete core-banking software for credit cooperative societies and pat sansthas — members, deposits, loans, daily collection, interest and statutory reports.

Member management

Member profiles with photo and signature, nominee details, customisable member form, bulk import from Excel and member-wise balances.

Every deposit type

Saving, Fixed Deposit, Recurring Deposit, daily deposit and share accounts with their own defaults, interest rates and maturity rules.

Loans with EMI tracking

Open loan accounts, track EMIs, see overdue instalments and repayments, and transfer loan repayments from deposit accounts.

Interest configuration & posting

Configure interest per account head and post interest for all accounts in one go, with a full interest breakdown and vouchers.

NPA classification

Loans are classified as Standard, Sub-standard, Doubtful or Loss from overdue days, using rules you configure.

Daily collection agents

Map accounts to collectioners, export to the collection mobile, import collections back and post bulk receipts.

Vouchers that balance

Receipt, payment, journal, bank transaction, bulk receipt and bulk payment vouchers — cash and bank cross-entries are handled for you.

Maturity & transfers

FD and RD maturity reports, matured deposit transfer, dividend transfer, member-to-account and dependent transfers.

Complete financial reports

Daily book, personal ledger, general ledger, trial balance, member trial balance, profit & loss, balance sheet and account-wise reports.

Users & approvals

User master, pending approvals and organisation settings keep control in the right hands, with financial year management.

Backup you can trust

Backup settings keep regular copies of your database, so a crashed computer never means lost records.

Easy migration

Import members, deposit accounts, loans, withdrawals and other receipts from Excel to move from your old software in days, not months.

Screens

Take a look inside

Analytical dashboard

Deposits, loans, members and NPA for the whole society on one screen — with monthly collection trends and the deposit mix.

Personal ledger for every member

Every receipt, payment and interest posting for an account, with running balance. Export to PDF or print in a click.

EMI overdue and NPA classification

Loans are classified as Standard, Sub-standard, Doubtful or Loss from overdue days — no manual register needed.

Daily collection with agents

Export the day’s accounts to the collection mobile, import what the agent collected and post it all as receipts together.

The difference

From registers and spreadsheets to one source of truth

Most societies keep members in one register, deposits in another and the ledger in Excel — and spend the last week of March reconciling them. In Society e-Banking every voucher updates the member’s passbook, the general ledger and the daily book at the same moment.

  • No double entry: a receipt posts to the member account and the cash/bank ledger together.
  • Always reconciled: trial balance and balance sheet are available any day of the year.
  • Audit ready: voucher registers, interest vouchers and ledgers print cleanly for the auditor.
Peace of mind

Interest and NPA without the calculator

Interest on deposits and loans is calculated by the rules you set per account head, then posted as proper vouchers. Overdue loans are classified automatically so the board always sees the true health of the loan book.

  • Interest breakdown shows exactly how every rupee was calculated.
  • Overdue (OD) settings and NPA rules are configurable.
  • Profit & loss transfer at year end is a guided step, not a spreadsheet.

FAQ

Society e-Banking — questions & answers

Does Society e-Banking need internet?

No. It is a Windows desktop application and your data is kept in a database file on your own computer. Internet is only needed if you want to send a backup to cloud storage of your choice.

Which deposit and loan types are supported?

Saving, Fixed Deposit, Recurring Deposit, daily deposits, share capital and loan accounts. Each account head has its own defaults for interest, tenure and account numbering.

Can our daily collection agents use it?

Yes. You map accounts to each collectioner, export the list for the collection mobile, and import the collected amounts back as bulk receipts at the end of the day.

Can we move our old data into it?

Yes. Members, deposit accounts, loan accounts, withdrawals and other receipts can be imported from Excel. Our team can help with the first migration.

Does it give the balance sheet and P&L?

Yes — along with general ledger, trial balance, member trial balance, daily book, personal ledger, FD/RD maturity, EMI overdue and NPA reports.
